Island Living

A small wooden bridge across the brook leads you to a sandy, shady beach where             space for two tents lie.Covered by a canvas awning, there is a surfboard rack and

cork and other Native trees surrounding the tents. The brook however dries in summer

but  in the spring and fall there is a constant flow of water by the tents.

Accomodation
We can supply a two man tent or guests may simply bring their own. Matresses are provided and pending numbers in the camp we can supply sheets and pillows. Please confirm this on booking.

The Ambiance
When the sun rises in the valley, you'll here roosters crowing in the morning and cow bells ringing in the neibouring fields. Feel the light dew on the grass and the soft morning sun as you make your way to the morrocan lounge for breakfast. A neighbouring Portuguese farmer tends to his animals. Another classic surf day begins!

Island living is for those on more of a budget who want the simple life. Shisa our resident pup loves to make it her first stop on her early morning surf role-call, so make sure to close the tent if you don't want her licking your toes!
