The Couples Retreat
A more secluded option and ideal for a couple wanting privacy and a little more comfort is

our double safari tent. It is a little more shaded and elevated slightly more than the other tents to maximise the cool ocean breeze, this space is naturally cooler and set back from the rest of the camp.

                                              Accomodation

Built over the same brook which runs through the retreat, this tent has its own small verandah giving breathtaking views to the camp below. A double or two single beds can be provided. There is a small lounge and coffee table inside and there are outside chairs on the deck looking down to the valley and river beyond.

The Ambiance
In the winter, spring and fall during the wetter months the river flows directly under this tent. The small 12 mtr square platform spans the brook. The gentle flow of water on the rocks lulls you to sleep. With a quiet and geographical separation from the rest of the camp, this area is ideal for those who value more their privacy. As with all camp accomadation, the same approach to design and construction is evident. Simple, tastfully rustic and best utilization of space for ambience and views. Always with a focus on aesthetics and visual appeal.
